These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://junipermark.com (the “Site”), operated by Juniper Mark (“Junipermark,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. We are not a lender

Junipermark is a marketing company. We do not make loans or credit decisions, broker loans, or act as an agent of any lender. When you submit a request, we may pass the information you provide to independent lenders, lending networks and marketing partners who may contact you with offers. Any loan offer, approval, rate, fee or term comes solely from the lender, under that lender's own agreement.

2. No guarantee

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender, receive an offer, or be approved. Loan amounts, rates, fees, repayment terms and funding times vary by lender and by state, and not every lender operates in every state. Statements such as “next-day funding” or amount ranges describe what some lenders in the network offer and are not promises about your request.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own email address.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your email address, you agree that Junipermark and the lenders and marketing partners described in our Privacy Policy may send you marketing emails about loans and related financial products. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or on our unsubscribe page. Opting out of our emails does not opt you out of emails from a lender or partner you have already been connected with; contact them directly.

5. Third-party sites

The Site links or redirects to websites operated by lenders and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Review their terms before you share information or accept any offer.

6. Fees

Using the Site is free. We may be paid by lenders or partners when you are connected with them or take an action on their sites. That compensation may influence which offers are shown and in what order.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't submit false information or anyone else's information.
• Don't use automated means to access or submit forms on the Site.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and marks belong to Juniper Mark or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content, including guides and articles, are provided “as is” for general information only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Juniper Mark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a loan or other product you obtain from a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Juniper Mark harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
